Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your appointment 48 hours PRIOR to your scheduled time and you will not be charged. You may cancel online or text, email, or call.

If you cancel within the 24 hour mark you will be charged  50% of your service.

IF YOU NO SHOW YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF YOUR SERVICE (no show means no call or notice of cancellation and missing your appointment.)

Care Instructions

BEFORE your treatment, discontinue use of retinol, AHA’s, BHA’s and any other exfoliants (this includes scrubs, enzymes, and exfoliating cleansers or masks) for at least 3 days, 5 days is best.  Limit direct sun exposure as much as possible by wearing sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses. Male clients: do not shave the day before or day of your appointment.

AFTER your treatment, do not use retinol, AHA’s, BHA’s or any other exfoliants (this includes scrubs, enzymes, and exfoliating cleansers or masks) for the following 3-5 days. Avoid direct sun exposure, wear sunscreen daily, and reapply every 2 hours when out in the sun. Avoid heat- this can include high intensity workouts, saunas, hot showers/water, and laying in the sun. Focus on keeping your skin calm and hydrated.
